(More customer reviews)This shed is the only vinyl one that fits my space, however, it needs to be positioned to the right of my house. I assumed that a vinyl modular shed can be assembled with the roof sloping to the right side, and not as pictured.
oh boy - I was wrong. when the shed came, I found out that this is the most over-complicated product I've seen to date. there is absolutely no part symmetry, and each part has to be assembled EXACTLY as directed by the lengthy (30 pages) instruction manual. even parts that could have been symmetric, thus simplifying the installation process and manufacturing costs are not. why do they have to include different parts for front and back roof? they are identical parts with different hole patterns. if you drill one more hole, this part could be assembled both as back support or front, saving me identification of "RS2FC" from "RS2BC", same goes to "RS5C" and "RS6C", that has to be assembled together in a specific direction, or else, one of the roof pins will not be able to fit...
once assembled, I'm happy with the quality and stability of that thing, but such a long time to put it up...
Customer support claimed that the roof cannot be flipped, and their engineering is working on a flipping kit. here's what I did in order to flip the roof, no extra parts or kits needed:
assemble the base as instructed
cut the vinyl coating (and not the metal pole) of "CDRC" at the length of "CCB"
Drill the pins that hold the door's hinges to "CDRC", take the hinges apart, and save them
take the bottom vinyl coating of "CDRC" (the longer part) out of the pole
take the vinyl coating of "CCB" out.
inset the metal pole of "CDRC" into the vinyl extracted from "CCB"
insert the metal pole of "CCB" into the vinyl extracted from "CDRC"
reattach the door hinges to "CCB"
you should get a "CCB" pole similar to "CCC", but with door hinges instead of the dual panel support
invert all wall parts ("CMB" for "CMC", "SP" for "SPC") and continue assembly of the walls
cut one of the flaps of "FCC" to be assembled over the modified "CDRC" (now shorter)
assemble the roof, but invert all front and back parts

At which point my youngest son decides he wants Daddy to build him a clubhouse. What do I look like, Mike freakin' Brady? I sure HOPE not, if you catch my drift.
Fortunately for me, I had the computer on to download real-time stats from the race. In order to stop his crying (not to mention Darla's nagging), I waited until a commercial break, then popped over here to Amazon.com and found the perfect solution! Sure, it's supposed to be a tool-shed, but the durable all-weather vinyl and double doors work perfectly for my purposes! Best of all, I didn't have to spend any time getting lumber, taking measurements, or bonding with the boys while building a REAL clubhouse!
Since the little crybaby will lose interest in it after, like, a week, I didn't bother to get the separate foundation kit. I'm sort of bummed that gift-wrapping wasn't available, since that would have added a nice touch of sarcasm.
I will say this: thanks to the Woodbridge Shed 10'x10', I've become "Wonder Dad." Even my older son Seth is impressed; he and his girlfriend keep going out there to admire my ingenuity!

The price is good; but the shed is too short in height & construction (for me) required buying extra screws & bolts.
CHAPTER 1 DELIVERY
It is incredible how they pack it all in such a small box.
The 1st time this thing came, their shipper played phone tag with me for a long while, my getting voice mail & no returned call for a time. I was not all that diligent in communicating with the shipper, thinking that the shipment would be routine, just like with UPS or Fed Ex. It seems like the shipper for some days lost track of where the package was!
Eventually I scheduled a delivery, but the shipper did not show up & sent it back apparently alleging my address did not exist! The customer service was not sympathetic, but spoke as if my address did not exist at one point, as if defending the shipper. The girl spoke as if they would require me to go and pick up the shed box myself at some depot if they sent it out again.
So I reordered on Amazon instead of trying to get them to reship as such. (And that seems to be the best case on an aborted delivered; just cancel & reorder, instead of waiting while the thing goes back & they cogitate over what to do about reshipping.)
At first they did not want to refund all my shipping, but after filing a claim via credit card, they refunded it all. I did not use Amazon's refund system at first, since Amazon's system requires you to agree to their refund terms, or they won't receive the email request for a refund!!!
When the 2nd order came, I was diligent & careful to communicate with the shipper & tell them how to find my place & instructed them to have their driver call on the way as needed. So this time I got the shed.
CHAPTER 2 IT REQUIRES A FOUNDATION
I had been planning to just install this shed over dirt. However, it appears from the instructions that this shed won't hold together unless it is installed on a level surface with a good strong floor, either of 2 X 4's & plywood or concrete or steel. So you are giving yourself the job of constructing a firm level surface which has to be attached to the ground some way.
I did not chose to make a wood platform because of termites, crazy ants, & construction problems. The wood platform would have to be leveled some way & attached to the ground some way (some kind of foundation under the platform). I considered a steel plate, but that seemed too expensive & required having a shop cut & weld plates together, plus drilling into the plate multiple times to attach the the shed & also making some kind of foundational leveling & support system under the plate to level it & support it.
Thus I chose to make a concrete slab, which involves buying wood to frame the concrete, plus concrete, rebar / wire mesh: Time, work, and a lot of expense. Concrete shipping & mixing is thus required. With a ~ 6" slab, that is ~ 36 cubic feet of concrete (some concrete is 1 cu foot/ 80 lb bag -- other is about .6 cu foot/ bag). The instructions say to make a slab with 2X4 frames ( 3 1/2 " slab), but in my situation I think I could end up with water inside the shed with so low a slab; my backyard is on a slope.
If I had it to do over, I would have tried to find a shed that is strong enough that it can stand over dirt & does not demand a level strong surface to support it, a shed that does not require so much additional preliminary work and time. Just transporting 36 concrete bags to my home will take 2 pickup truck trips to & from the concrete seller.
I looked at the instructions, and they do looked obtuse. Probably 2 people will be required for some of the construction.

CHAPTER 3: THE SHED IS TOO LOW IN HEIGHT
This is the description:
QUOTE: Interior Dimension: Width: 90"; Depth: 102"; Height: 71"
"Wall Height: 65" (on most models) UNQUOTE
ONLY 5 FEET 5 INCHES HIGH!
Notice what I did not notice. While the supposed interior height is given as 71", the WALL HEIGHT is only 65". Yet the shed is 8' X 9'. You need to be a midget, or at least short, to be able to stand up fully in this shed. Its wall height is only 5 feet 5 inches.
One way to increase the height is to frame the base perimeter with double 2 X 4's (pressure treated), like you were framing a house. That will give 3 more inches of interior height. I decided to use 4 X 4's on top of 4 X 6's and gained 7 inches of height. Then you have the entrance also raised 7 inches, which means you need a ramp to the entrance & have a drop when you enter of 7 inches.
The steel panel walls are held together at top & bottom by channel iron into which you insert the panels. It is supposed to stay together just by spring tension (no screws), but I chose to add some screws. Probably you should buy a box of sheet metal screws and a box of narrow bolts & nuts to make the thing more secure.
Unfortunately, water flows down the walls when it rains & into the channels. I found that the channels would fill & water would enter the shack. So I got some transparent Silicon II caulk and caulked all around in the channels from the outside.
I got ambitious, and decided to frame the inside with 2 X 2's. Then I can nail up 1/4 inch panels or peg boards in order to have somewhere to hang tools on the walls. Getting really ambitious, I decided I would probably fill up the space between the panels with expanding foam; them I can heat the inside in the winder better & cut the draft of air from all the many, many seams in the walls.
I figure that if you bought the right stuff from this company, you could use their kits basically as an exterior to a room you added to your house, joining walls in ways they do not say in the instructions -- substitute for steel siding.
All in all, I think you get your money's worth with this kit; at least at the price I paid, something like $400-500.

About a week later, a windstorm with 50+ mph winds came through, blowing my shed over my neighbors 6' fence. Thankfully, I was mostly just dented, and it is back in shape again. However, I must say the one thing I am truly disappointed in is the door track sliders. They are cheap plastic rubbing on the steel track--not a good idea. I had the sliders break on one door, so I had to fix it, but they do not slide easily and they were trouble from the start. Arrow is a top brand, but their quality is getting questionable. God bless!

(More customer reviews)We purchased a FlowerHouse storage unit in February, 2007, and by December we were writing the manufacturer with complaints. It all started with a small rip in the fabric next to the zipper. Not the zipper itself, but rather the fabric seam next to it. Here is the unedited response we received; "Our warranty policy states the product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship, and that a warranty card must be sent in within 14 days of purchase. We, however did not find a warranty card had been sent in. We will replace your storage shed and are asking that you pay the shipping of $40 in as much as a warranty was not sent in. As you purchased your storage shed through Walmart, they are the people you should check with for a refund."
We had requested a refund from the company since Walmart will not issue one after 90-days. So, why would we throw good money after bad by sending FlowerHouse $40 to replace the piece of junk we had with another? We wouldn't, and didn't.
Please see the numerous photos we have submitted and note the following;
(1.) We live in the mild, cool climate of Northern California. There is no snow, sleet, hail or heatwaves. Average temp = 65 degrees, so neither heat nor cold caused this rapid deterioration.
(2.) No animal, human or inanimate object has abused this shed. Although it looks like it has cat scratches, it does not. It tears if you simply touch it. As you can see in the photos, we stored soft fleece fabric inside - no tools, electronics, machinery, equipment or sharp objects. So, the contents didn't rip it.
(3.) Water puddles appear inside the door after every rain. This has been happening since the beginning even though there are no visible holes in the roof. During the rainy season we just leave the mop inside and occasionally go wring it out.
With poor customer service, a defective product and no refund, our only recourse is to let the world know of our experience with this piece of garbage. So, learn from our mistake; look at our pictures and ask yourself if that is the shed you want to see in YOUR YARD a year and a half from now.

The only part that really has to have two persons for is the doors, they are by far the most difficult thing to do and the end caps were mis-manufactured. The holes do not line up to let the cotter pin go through. Go ahead a drill it out straight before you even try this! Also you will need a flat pry bar to lift the floor at times. Overall this is a marvel of manufacturing tolerances. Everything fit perfectly! Couple of intructions could use a picture, but if you think about it for a while and take a yoga breath, it all comes to you. By-the-way; the reinforcement bar on front gable over the door goes so that the hole goes down and over the left door. I got this from Competitive Edge for $1,100 with shipping. It arrived in one week. 2 BIG boxes, so be prepared.

(More customer reviews)This is a fantastic out-building. It was relatively easy. I put it together with my dad over a 2 day period. It went smoothly, the instructions were great, and there really were no issues until we got to the roof portion. It almost seems like they got tired of writing a great instruction manual and the roof portion left much to be desired. If you read it all slowly and let it all set in, it makes sense. Just read the entire roof section several times and then begin. The more you absorb before beginning the less back tracking you will have.
Over all, A great product and I am very pleased with the purchase. It's HUGE!
