The slate tabletop is wide and allows plenty of room for plates, glasses, or for putting your feet up. Be sure to assemble this product near to where you are going to use it because it weighs 150+ pounds. You don't want to have to move it too far after assembly. We were pleased to see that they included a black vinyl cover that slips over the butane tank. This makes it virtually invisible when the tank is enclosed under the tabletop. Likewise, the square cover that fits over the entire table top was very effective in keeping the table and firebowl dry during the recent rains. Great product.

(More customer reviews)I am piecing together covalent bonds (nonmetal+nonmetal) for my Chem 101 class as I write this review and all I can say is this is a really nice set. I am so glad I bought this particular set (I shopped around and most were over-priced or poor quality). If you are having problems with Lewis Bond structure, this will definitely help you. The set states that "Atom models are made of solid colored polyethylene." I have about 4 more chemistry classes to go and this is a very good investment. It comes with 28 hydrogen, 14 carbon, 8 oxygen, 2 fluorine, 2 bromine, 8 chlorine, 4 nitrogen (3 valence), 1 nitrogen (4 valence), 2 sulfur, 2 phosphorus, 2 iodine, 40 links for single bonds and 12 links for double bonds. This is a pretty sturdy set and comes in a case with compartments so you can carry it to school. Glad I bought it!

(More customer reviews)I was totally over charged for this product online. it was listed at half the price at Michaels and if you use one of their coupons it would be 1/4 of the price! This cement glue is a real pain as it does not stop coming out of the tube once you use it. You have to get the cap on super fast (I recommend magnifying glasses to do so). I would say that in the end you lose about 30-50% of the tube due to this poor tube design.

When I tried to reapply them they started breaking into tiny sticky pieces and now I can't get the rest of the stickers off. Tiny pieces keep breaking off and it takes FOREVER to get everything off the wall and the tiny specks stick to everything. Now I have an AWFUL, STICKY MESS! I don't recommend these AT ALL.

The lights around the outside of the front pourch are very nice and the amazing details are on the sides as well as the back. Looks excatly like the original house in the movle to every detail. If you love putting out a "CHRISTMAS VILLAGE" each year as I do, you will love this house.

(More customer reviews)I bought this for my 2 yr. old Grandson. He will get many yrs. of use out of this. He loves it. The pieces of wood to build with are a big plus to this work bench. It has plenty of tools that are safe, not sharp. The light is adorable. The drawers on front are not actually drawers, it is a big door for storage that appears to be drawers. I think this was a big plus as the drawers may have been a bit sticky to pull in and out. He loves the vacuum on the side, this was a big hit for sure! BTW don't waste your money on the more expensive certain hardware store one. My grandson pulled off one of the stickers on the screwdriver and guess whose name was underneath it? Yep Step 2 makes it for them. Only they charge twice the price. This is a great toy that will last for years.

(More customer reviews)I purchased 8 benches - 4 for our house and 4 as house warming gifts for friends who relocated to the country. These benches were a breeze to put together. After thinking it over I decided to incorporate 2x6s in place of 2x4s where I could to prevent warping. 2x6 lumber fits perfect into this construction. I've attached photos above - check 2x6 construction. the 2x4 braces below make for solid shake-free benches. I sanded and finished mine with three coats of Thompsons "Honey Gold" tint Watersealant. After this summer and winter in OK I'll report back on how well these held up. All construction so far has been 6 feet long.
You have to realize it's wood you're working with and prepare accordingly. Measure to get the most of each cut from the length wood you buy. I purchased #2 Douglas Fir - it's a bit stronger than framing lumber.
