(More customer reviews)I used this mascara for one week. I couldn't take if off with my normal face cleansing method. One week later I used baby oil to finally remove it all. Not only did all the clumps come out, but so did many of the lashes bound to the clumps. The lashes that remain are shorter.

(More customer reviews)The product is good, howver it was to be 6 mascaras so I ordered 2-I should have recieved 12. I only recieved two and was very disappointed. There is no info on who to contact to complain or get my order rectified either in any of the emails or on the receipt. The "help" on Amazon's website is not helpful at all. I am very disappointed and will think twice before acting on a great deal like that again.
