Even after scrubbing them with warm water and fabric softener, putting heat on it from a hair dryer, trying everything I thought possible, not even the primer covered them. DON'T DO IT!!!! So now I have to completely redo this bathroom, paint it an entirely different color and prime it first again. Wished someone would have told me!

Our walls are ever-so-lightly-textured, and in places, they hard a hard time sticking. These will work best on absolutely flat surfaces, and will work GREAT on paneling or painted paneling I would think!

(More customer reviews)This doesn't stick at ALL!!! It's really a great design and looks awesome in the room BUT just as soon as we put it up on the wall it came down. We smoothed it out again and it still came down. We than used some super glue to help keep up the part that fell down (we were desperate to keep it on the wall). A day later, more of it fell down so we finally went to Home Depot and bought some wallpaper paste to see if that would help. We haven't tried the paste yet but hopefully it works. We put it on both flat and semi-gloss paint but it doesn't matter what type of paint or wall you put it on...it simply doesn't stick. I suggest using real wall paper border.

When I tried to reapply them they started breaking into tiny sticky pieces and now I can't get the rest of the stickers off. Tiny pieces keep breaking off and it takes FOREVER to get everything off the wall and the tiny specks stick to everything. Now I have an AWFUL, STICKY MESS! I don't recommend these AT ALL.

I finally just pitched it, which was a shame because I spent a lot on it. I'll use the wet and stick borders from now on, they seem more durable than the peel and stick.

(More customer reviews)I love how this looks when the fairies, pixie dust, and saying glow in the dark.It looks absolutely wonderful. Of course the glow doesn't last long once there is no light so if it gets dark at five or six it isn't glowing by the time your child goes to bed. If you turn on the light for fifteen minutes before they go down it will glow for five or ten minutes.
I also like the butterflies, they don't glow but they are very cute.
I do not like the big plant things, they look strange with the fairies, make it look cluttered and it doesn't glow. You can't see it at all in the dark and it takes away from the fairies when there is light.
End result, I don't regret getting this. It looks very cute when its glowing and the fairies look cute in the light but I will probably take down the plant things and throw them out. The other glow in the dark fairies would have been a better option because they have more fairies and everything glows. It is also by Blue Mountain but it is probably much better.
