(More customer reviews)I received this product and found it to be damaged called the company after i had already repackaged the product and they wanted me to take pictures of it which i had told them it was already repackaged. They would not send me a shipping label to me unless i submitted a favorable review for them so held me hostage to get my money back which has left me with a bad taste as to which i would not purchase anything on line any more. Do not have anything against Amazon just will never deal with Best Choice again inferior product not worth the money for sure.

One note: it sais that is has 5 times thicker vynil on it then any others... I'd like to see how thick are those others because it was very thin :). Other than it great.

This wasn't the only thing we were serving during the party, but friends preferred it, because they could make it themselves. Everyone loved the idea and wanted one to use for their next party. Leave a can of PAM out and make sure you instruct your friends to use it on the spatula, it helps with the removal of your piece of art! Cleanup is a breeze over the usual heated serving dishes. (More customer reviews)I've used this product and numerous other products produced by this company. They have all have been of top grade construction and design.
I suppose every company has warranty claims and this manufacturer is not immune, but frankly, expecially based on my own experience with this item, I find it rather hard to believe the reviewer's comments that "...all the welds had broken loose during shipment..." Such a statement seems strangely hyperbolic.
Based on my experience with products from this company, I'd say buy it with confidence. I've never been disappionted with one of their products.
