(More customer reviews)I received this product and found it to be damaged called the company after i had already repackaged the product and they wanted me to take pictures of it which i had told them it was already repackaged. They would not send me a shipping label to me unless i submitted a favorable review for them so held me hostage to get my money back which has left me with a bad taste as to which i would not purchase anything on line any more. Do not have anything against Amazon just will never deal with Best Choice again inferior product not worth the money for sure.

The building directions weren't great, but adequate to get the job done in an hour without too much rework. The cage is much bigger than I envisioned despite having the measurements. It's easy to clean, great access to bowls, perches, outside play area.
