(More customer reviews)What a pain to put up! Why would they split the poster in half and then fold to ship? It would have been worth my $20 if it came in as one piece and rolled in a tube.
Our mural came in a terrible, terrible state, to the point where we almost ditched it. It took a lot of patience to undo the creases (zig zag creases from top to bottom not from folding). Lining up on the wall was impossible; bottom half of poster was too wide. We had it sliced to get it to fit correctly. It didn't stick for a week and finally we found it on the floor, stuck together. It took two people to pull apart and as last resort, we used wall paper glue. Hope this is it!
All in all, the happiness it brought to our 18 month old son's face was worth all the hassle.

(More customer reviews)This height chart comes in 2 pieces that have to be lined up correctly when you stick it on your wall. At first I thought this would be quite difficult to do. But with a bit of measuring, it wasn't so bad. The chart is made of high quality paper, so it's quite easy to maneuver. The only thing to be careful of is that the backing paper that comes on has a strong plastic odor to it, which I don't like to expose my little guy to. If I had known, I would have put this up when he wasn't around. He loves the picture, and we like being able to measure his height all the time!

(More customer reviews)This product is horrible. I followed the instructions carefully and had freshly painted, clean, dry walls. The product didn't stick for more than 5 minutes. It's difficult to put on and it doesn't work. I am very disappointed since I picked paint colors for my son's room based on this border and now it doesn't work so I need to buy another one which will not match.

(More customer reviews)If you have a little one who is as fanatical about "Cars" and Lightning McQueen as mine is, then you've looked at all kinds of items to decorate their room and have been severely disappointed my some. You WON'T be by this one!
The mural comes in two parts with easy peeling off of the backing. If you misplace on the wall, you can just peel it off and replace without damage to the wall or paint. It sticks VERY well to our wall which is covered by a flat latex paint.
The mural itself is bright and colorful, and my 28-month old son loves to point to it and say "CAR!!" It is a very nice addition to his Lightning McQueen toddler bed, sheets, blankets, dresser, and toy chest... all of the same genre.
The coolest thing about these products is that my son wouldn't sleep in his own room with our old convertible crib/bed, but now has no problem going to bed and sleeping in his "Cars" bedroom! That means Mommy and Daddy can now sleep in peace in their own bed without him kicking at us all night!! LOL
5 out of 5 and highly recommended to supplement other "Cars" products.

No problems with putting it up and staying stuck on the wall. My son loves his Lighting McQueen. We put the number 95 on his dresser instead of on the wall and that looks great as well.
