(More customer reviews)I wanted to leave a positive rating for this cage, because I believe its the best investment I made for my 2 adult male ratties. I've had the cage for 6 months.
SPACE: This cage can comfortably fit 2 rats (no more). You should always buy rats in pairs, especially if you buy this cage. Its just as easy to take care of two rats as it is one. This cage could NOT hold a third rat.
LEVELS: Okay, so these were not build well. They have small plastic wedges that "sit" on the wire bars. It will not support a full grown rat. However, I use large black binder clips and clip the level to the bars from the outside of the cage. Voila, no more issues. The levels have solid bottoms to protect the ratties feet and raised edges to keep things (food, liquid) from dripping/falling down.
RAMPS: The ramps are a bit cumbersome, and I wish the levels/platforms were not rounded towards the inside of the cage. The ramps won't fit on the rounded edges, so the ramp more or less has to stay pretty close to the center of level. If you have full grown rats, you can move the levels in several
configurations without using all of the ramps, which really helps with space.
DOORS: There are three easy to open doors to reach your animal *comfortably* at all levels of the cage. At first I thought it was silly, but I will never buy a cage without 3+ doors again. The locks are simple, but covered by large plastic pieces, to keep those clever rats at bay.
CLEANING: The entire top easily comes off with two slide latches. The same with the cage to the base. I remove the cage from the base, empty the base and wipe out with a sponge. I wipe down the levels and ramps. Once a month I take all the levels and ramps out for a good scrub down. I put newspaper down on the levels, because my ratties are very messy. I use the black binder clips to hold down the newspaper as well as secure the level.
BARS: No sharp edges (any hooks face outwards). My ratties like to climb on the bar cages. The bars are so close together that the rats really haven't taken a habit to chewing on them (at all). Yes you can pull the bars apart, but you have to make a point of it.
BASE: The base is nice, because you don't have bedding EVERYWHERE. However with a lower level attached, it can be difficult to access for spot cleaning. Also, there isn't much
room if you want a litter box down there (and no where to clamp things in the base. I've put a crack in one of the plastic latches, you have to be careful when you set the cage back down on the base. It hasn't really been an issue though.
TOP: The solid top limits the stuff you cn hang from it. The only bars are on the door that opens upward. However, I have had great luck hooking things to the sides of the walls (such as a homemade hammock)
FOOD DISH: It comes with a food dish that clamps to the bars. I like it, but it took me a good minute to figure out how to initially install it. If your ratties like to push it off its clamp, then its going to happen.
OVERALL: I really enjoy this cage and with my modification of the clips, I think it was well worth the price. The only reason I would not purchase this cage again, would be if I wanted three or more rats.

Step2 Deluxe Canyon Road Train & Track Table Review

(More customer reviews)We purchased this for my 2 year old son. He absolutely loves this table. He had gotten some wooden tracks and everytime someone would set them up for him he would tear them all apart and we would spend the next 1/2 hour searching for them all just a nightmare! The best thing about this is everything is connected no mess to clean up. My son has some wooden Thomas trains and some Play Along Thomas trains (metal ones) the problem with having the two different kinds of trains is none of the tracks would be compatible for both sets however this table really has no tracks only roads with stickers that look like tracks making it virtually possible to fit any small vehicle including hot wheels. My son has spent numerous hours everyday playing with this. The only time the lid goes on is after he goes to bed when I pick up his toys. I like that now I can store all his 50 some Thomas trains inside. Harold the Helicopter even has his own sticker landing pad. This was very easy to put together took at the most 10 minutes. The hardest part was my 2 year old son was standing next to me and when I was trying to put the decals on and was having the trains race at the same time. This table set has one bad thing and that is the little train and cars that came with my table were very cheap and arrived with wheels broken off one and a little windshield broken off of another this could create a choking hazard for little ones. I threw them all away! I did get a pamphlet to register my product with Step 2 and when I went to their website I found that this toy was rated one of the top 5 pre-school toys of 2005 by the Today Show! One more thing I want to mention is I did purchase it through this website it says on product info that it usually ships within 2-3 days well it took over a week to ship! It took 2 weeks from date of purchase until it arrived so if you are buying this for an event where you will need it by a certain date I would recommend purchasing it ahead of time.
